How long is a session?

All sessions are one hour in duration unless the service provider feels than more or less time is applicable to the client’s needs.

How often should I train?

Training frequency is dependent on the individual, their goals, and what their lifestyle permits. Most people train 1-2x per week, others prefer 3x+.

Can you work around a bad back, neck or knees?

Given that a majority of aches and pains are musculoskeletal, many people experience a reduction in aches and pains from training.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is different, so results definitely vary. You will likely see a big improvement in strength and conditioning within your first few months, which is later on followed by the physical changes you will see in the mirror and feel in clothes.

Do I need to be in good shape to start personal training?

No way! Personal training is meant for people of all fitness levels, especially for those who have never been in the gym. Look at personal training like your education in your body.
